Shipping 
How long is processing?
Our processing time is 3 to 5 business days. Please keep in mind processing is not the same as shipping time. We ship with our local postal office therefore we cannot ship out on major holidays. 
When will I receive my tracking number?
Once order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for it to update with USPS
What if I put in the wrong shipping address? 
The buyer is responsible for ensuring the correct address is added. If you realize the address is incorrect please message us on the contact us page and we will correct it however, we can only correct the address before the package has been sent. If we receive the package back we can ship package again once new shipping has been paid for. 
What happens if package has been stolen or lost? 
Please contact USPS, once package is handed over we are no longer responsible. 
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancelations
Can I get a refund, returns or exchange?
Most of our products are handcrafted and are intended for personal use as such we cannot accept returns and exchanges and NO refunds will be issued. If there is an issue with your order please message us. 
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancelation can occur before package has been sent.
